Here are some basic recipes to let you enjoy your catch afterwards when you arrive home. For the most part these recipes are species versatile and will work with any of the salmon and trout we catch. I specifically picked these recipes because they are simpler and most people will already have all of the necessary ingredients. A common question I get on the water is ‘so, how much salmon do you eat’?
